These are used in both batch as well as continuous pickling operations for CR strips, Cable tape, Wire drawing and other acid and chemical handling applications. These tanks are designed and manufactured by ShivasProjects India have proven applications in Pickling, rinsing, degreasing, zincking, galvanizing lines and Recirculation tanks are manufactured using very high quality PP-H ( homo polymer poly propylene) or PVC materials. Company have developed specialized tanks self supporting structure in PVC-FRP-FRVE,PP-FRP-FRVE,PVDF-FRP-FRVE constructions which are proved to provide longer corrosion free life even at elevated temperatures. These tanks are offered in circular-rectangular shapes even with provision of suction hoods, to ease fume collections.
